Joseph T. Brookstein 1946 – 2021 Utica/Clinton – Joseph T. Brookstein, 75, a resident of The Grand of Utica, formerly of Clinton, passed away, Friday, October 8, 2021 at the nursing home. Joseph was born February 9, 1946, the son of Joseph and Sally Brookstein. He was raised and educated in Clinton and went on to work in the restaurant business as a cook and bartender. Joseph is remembered by his peers as being an amazing artist. Joseph is survived by a son, Jesse Brookstein, Wisconsin, and a sister, Cookie Delaney, Rome. A graveside service will be held in Sunset Hill Cemetery on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Arrangements are entrusted to R.P. Heintz Funeral Service, Inc., 10 East Park Row, Clinton.
