1948 – 2022
Clinton – Connie J. Hall, 73, of Clinton, passed away peacefully at her home, Friday, June 17, 2022 with her family by her side.
Connie was born August 20, 1948 in Potter Brook, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Fahy and Marilyn (McCullen) West. At a young age, Marilyn remarried and Connie was raised by John Seeley and her mother. Connie was raised and educated in Pennsylvania and a high school graduate. When in PA, she had been employed with Sears and Woolworth’s, and after moving to New York, was employed as a receptionist at Spano’s Bakery in Utica. On August 17, 1965, Connie married Dale Hall, sharing a union of 56 years. Connie was a devoted and active member of The Bible Baptist Church in New Hartford. She enjoyed cooking and baking and catering for special occasions. Most of all, Connie loved being with her family, a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.
Connie is survived by her beloved husband, Dale Hall, Clinton; two daughters and a son-in-law, Linda Grace, Thendara, Laurie and Glenn Payne, Clinton; three grandchildren, Katrina (& Nathan) Petroski, West Virginia, Jeremiah Payne, Oriskany Falls, Karalynn Payne, Rochester. Also surviving are four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Bonnie and Louie Lampman, PA, Beverly Trowbridge, PA, Dewey Mesler, PA, Penny and Gaylord Mertsock, PA; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Terry and Rita Seeley, PA, Henry and Bobby Jo Seeley, PA, Randy Seeley, PA, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hall’s funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Bible Baptist Church in New Hartford. Visitation at the church will take place from 10 AM – 12 PM with the service beginning at 12. Interment will follow in Kirkland Prospect Hill Cemetery.
