Frank H. Cresswell

Deansboro – Frank H. Cresswell, 67, of Deansboro passed away Friday, May 19, 2023 at St. Luke’s Faxton Hospital after a short illness with his family by his side.

           Frank was born August 29, 1955, in Utica, the son of Harry F. Cresswell and Barbara (LaGasse) Cresswell. He graduated from Clinton Central School.  Frank learned the tree business from his dad and worked alongside him at Clinton Gardens.  He later started his own company with his brother, Cresswell Brothers.  Frank married Leslie deFlumere Myers, and together had their beloved son, Jason.  He married Kimberly Kohler in 1994, after 12 years of being together. 

            Frank is survived by his sister, Brenda (Mark) Gray, brother, Charlie Cresswell, his stepchildren, Doug (Michelle) Anderson and Kimberley Anderson and grandchildren, Francis and Mason Graham, Nikki Ceasare, and Zack Ellis and family; his nieces, Miranda (Jim) Steates, Alicia (Kevin) Surace, nephew, Ben (Michelle) Boehlert;  nieces, Diane Cresswell, Summer, Storm and Sequoia Cresswell;  former sister-in-law, Billie Jo Cresswell; a very special cousin, Rod (Darlene) Griffiths, who was like a brother to him. Also surviving are many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.  He also leaves his girlfriend, Peggy Meres.

He was predeceased by his parents and his beloved son, Jason. 
The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Lukes hospital for all they did for Frank.  To know Frank, was to love Frank, he lived his life the way he wanted and was happy.

            Funeral arrangements, entrusted to R.P. Heintz Funeral Service, Inc., 10 East Park Row, Clinton, are being held privately at the convenience of the family.  Interment will take place in Evergreen Cemetery, Westmoreland.
