Carol Ann Fobes, nee Conrad, 87, a resident of Clinton, NY passed away peacefully on September 25, 2024.

Born in Buffalo, NY, she graduated from high school in Sherburne, NY, and was a longtime resident of Clinton, NY. She was a communicant of Saint Mary's Catholic Church. Carol enjoyed giving back to her community: she taught religious education, volunteered in numerous church activities, visited Hospice patients, and was a Eucharist minister at mass and to those who were homebound.

Carol is survived by her brother William Conrad and wife Elizabeth, her children: Michael Fobes, Laura Fobes-Lane, Gregory Fobes, Mary D'Amico and husband Christopher, Amy Fobes, and Daniel Fobes, daughters-in-law: Deborah Fobes and Carrie Hillick, grandchildren: James Lane, Adam Friedman, Gregory Maxwell Fobes, Luke Fobes, Benjamin Fobes, Jason Fobes, Brittany Fobes, Danielle D'Amico-Lazzaro, Amanda D'Amico, and Nathaniel Fobes, and great-grandchildren: Arianna and Nicholas Fobes & Giulia and Nico Lazzaro; and many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her parents William and Ruth Conrad, siblings Ruth (John) McVean, Barbara (Butch) Tobin, Rev. Robert J. Conrad, and son Andrew Fobes.

A Catholic Mass will be held at Saint Mary's Church in Clinton, NY on Monday, September 30th at 9:30am.

Carol was thankful for her family, friends, and neighbors. Carol stated, "I am sorry for anyone I was unkind to, and I forgive anyone that may have been unkind to me".
