Obituary of Ann Marie Jenkins

CLINTON:

Ann Marie (Kaminski) Jenkins, 78 of Beatty Ave., passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Wynn Hospital, Utica. She was born in Syracuse on August 22, 1946, a daughter of the late Walter and Catherine (Bialobreski) Kaminski and was a 1964 graduate of Holland Patent Central School. On June 11, 1966, at St. Leo’s Catholic Church, Holland Patent she was united in marriage to James P. Jenkins.

Ann Marie worked as a secretary to the President and V.P. at Partlow Corp., New Hartford and also worked as a receptionist at Riverfront Medical, New Hartford. She was a former member of St. Thomas Church, New Hartford where she helped with the Sunday collections. Currently she was attending St. Patrick – St. Anthony Parish, Chadwicks.  Ann Marie volunteered for the Adirondack Scenic Railroad as a car host and enjoyed gardening, crafts, crocheting, knitting and sewing.

Surviving is her husband, Jim; daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and John Ralston of OH, son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey P., Sr.  and Sarah Jenkins of Floyd; grandchildren, Ethan Ralston and Bailey Ralston, Cassandra and Brian Evans, Jeffrey P. Jenkins, Jr. (Megan Newman), Hailey Jenkins, Emily Miller, Christen Russell; great grandchildren, Brison Evans, Aiden Jenkins; sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen and John Grogan of Marcy; a brother and sisters-in-law, Stephen and Cindy Kaminski, Sr., of Deltona, Fl, Joan Kaminski of Sauquoit, her cats, Jaxon and Dakota, and many nieces, nephews and cousins,

She was predeceased by a brother Walter Kaminski, Jr.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at the convenience of the family. 

Interment will be held in Sauquoit Valley Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the Intensive Care Staff at Wynn Hospital for their care and compassion shown to Ann Marie and their family.
