It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the loss of a very special lady and friend. Archie and family, at this time it is important to remember all the wonderful times we shared, the Skenandoa, Myrtle Beach World Amateur Golf Tournament and the many golf trips to Lake Placid area. Great memories!
I am so grateful for the Burtons and all they did for figure skaters and hockey players all around Utica, Clinton, New Hartford and beyond!! She taught my two sisters, my brother and myself!!!
Thank you Regina, for being the foundation of who I am today! I will forever cherish the lifelong friendships you helped create! Rest in peace. Mary Catherine
I want to extend my sincere condolences to Archie and the entire Burton family. Regina was a lovely lady who I had the pleasure of knowing for many years! She taught both of my boys how to skate back in the 80's, and we enjoyed many rounds of golf at the Skenandoa Golf Club and through the CDWGA golf league of Central New York. May your happy memories bring you comfort and peace during this difficult time.
Archie and Family,
You have our sincere sympathy. May God comfort you in the knowledge that your Mom is no longer suffering and she is at peace in Heaven.
Our love and prayers are with you,
Joe and Jane
Regina was one of my favorite people in life. She taught me to be strong, believe in myself, but most of all be a nice person. I spent so much time with her on the ice growing up from 4 yrs old through high school, she was closer to me than most of my family. Although, I may have not realized it then, as life has gone on I have recognized that over the years and am happy that I got to hug her for the last time at a hockey game at the aud this past winter when I was in town. I have always admired the love between Archie and Regina. The truest love. I will always have a huge space in my heart for Regina forever.
Your family is my prayers. Regina was such an important influence during my years as a skater. She taught me so many lasting traits, how to learn and how to listen were at the top. I think of her often. Love and condolences to Mr. Burton, Archie, Andrew, and all of your family.
Please except our condolences on the loss of Regina. She played an intergal part of both of our daughters. Carrie and Stacey learned so much from her and their lives are both better for it. May she Rest In Peace.
So sorry to hear of Regina's passing...she was a wonderful person...she was and will remain a large influence on my daughter's life beginning at the age of 3! Our prayers and thoughts are with the Burton family. God Bless!
