Dear Lori,
I'm so Very sorry to learn of your husband's passing. Losing someone so special to death is Always a heartache - no matter their age or circumstance.
For good reason, death is called our enemy in the Scriptures. (1 Co 15:26). How reassuring to know that it will be done away with Permanently very soon & thanks to Jesus' ransom sacrifice, our precious loved ones will be resurrected to a paradise here on a perfectly restored Earth!! (Is 25:8, Rev 21:4, Is 65:22-25)
In the meantime, treasure those wonderful memories of your dear husband & please know that your family is in our thoughts & prayers.
