My condolences to the family on Rita's passing. I worked with Rita at Oneida County DSS . We all worked in Child Welfare many years ago. Rita was kind, compassionate , had a dry , witty sense of humor and a soft smile. I was a newbie and she always made time to listen to my pesky questions. There were times, I just listened to her and learned . Godspeed Rita, and thank you. Peace be with you and all.
