Jimmy my friend. I miss you already. No one to find the last chocolate ice cream for! I enjoyed hearing stories about you and getting to know your son. You two made my work day interesting. I will miss seeing you roam the halls. RIP my friend.

I have so many things I could share, but most importantly I wish I could have thanked him. For taking my mom and I in, and help raise me. He was the only reason I enjoyed winter, we would get up every morning before school and plow. I looked forward to it and prayed for a snow day just to be able to go with him longer. Or teaching me how to play dominos. It became routine at the table before bed. He was the only man to play Barbie’s with me too. Summertime was the absolute best with papa Smurf. Pops lake, it was our place to camp. It was our second home, where him and I and uncle sucker use to sit and fish for squirrels using a fishing pole and peanuts. I will forever cherish the memories I have. I’m so broken he’s gone but this is only goodbye, for now.
