At Gander Mountain , there was only one fellow I felt assured who could handle customers needing real expertise in the selection of fly fishing gear...of course, Rich. He was unfailingly cheerful and always went the extra mile to make sure that the customers got what they needed or were redirected to other businesses which could provide anything we were lacking. The last time I ran across Rich was at Bass Pro, where he was matching up a boat buyer with the right boat for his needs. Again helping with eagerness and expertise. Central outdoor sports enthusiasts will miss Rich. So will I.
