Evie,
We are so sorry to hear about Gerry! Distance may have separated us physically, but our hearts are intertwined. May God give you strength during this time of sadness and pain. On behalf of my Mom, I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences for Gerry's passing. He was an extraordinary man with a very gentle nature and will be sorely missed. May each of you hold tight to your memories and my they be the guiding light of peace and love through the smiles they recall. The loss of your family is felt by our entire family. Love to all. The Dudeck and Ortello families. (Gracie, Suzanne, Tonianne, Anthony, Josephine)

Wow!!! how the years fly by. I've been here in Central Florida for the past 25 years and often thought of my friends up north. The last I knew you were up on Oneida Lake and living on upper Kellogg Ave. I've never returned to Utica.
So sorry to hear of Gerry's passing. I remember mostly of our youth times Sacred Heart thru UCA. We did a lot of fishing on our bikes to Oriskany Creek and Twin Ponds. And then when we played ball at Pixley Park He could really hit the ball a long ways.
Again sorry for your loss.
