To the family,
I hold cherished memories of Chucky from our gatherings at the Martyniuk family picnics and from High School. He was quite the hell raiser which I loved about him.
Our deepest condolences are with you during this difficult time. Our hearts ache alongside yours, and we hope you find solace in the love and support surrounding you. May Chucky rest in peace.
