Ahhh, the fishing trips in Canada with Fred are forever captured in my mind. I hooked a gigantic brook trout from the shore of the Petawa River with no net. I vividly recall him wading out into the fast-moving water, cradling the fish with both arms and presenting it to me! What a guy!
We miss him at Spilka’s camp for the reunions.. God bless him.
